Lena Ries graduated from the National Circus School of Montreal in 2004 and has worked worldwide in many international production companies, such as Cirque Éloize, 7 Fingers, New Circus Asia, The Tiger Lillies, Chamäleon Theater, GOP, and Wintergarten, Adelaide Fringe and Palazzo.
 

Her work on the aerial hoop and as a contortionist and dancer is unique, her movement quality, skilled and beautiful.
 In addition to her career as a circus artist, Lena works as a model for advertising and other artistic projects.
 

She is Co-Founder, Author and Performer of 

still hungry, a contemporary circus collective from Berlin. Together with Romy Seibt and Anke van Engelshoven she created RAVEN, a piece far from classical circus. Their work is fresh, feministic and powerful. Strong images and a good sense of humour makes their work truthfully touching and highly amusing.
